before construction begins. The permit application
packet is available at the municipal building, 608 N.

Sidewalks, Fence, Swimming Pool, and Shed Permits are
required before any placement occurs. The permit

Commercial Building Permits may be obtained from the
city after the State Department of Commerce has approved
the design and have place an approved seal on the plans.
The
fees for city issued permits are based on the square
footage of the project.
