Responsibilities of the Planning Commission

1. |
Hears and reviews requests and changes to the
Zoning Code for the City of Delphos.
|

2. |
Reviews new major subdivisions for compliance
with the regulations. Makes recommendations to
the City Council regarding vacation of streets
and alleys. Reviews and makes recommendations
to City Council for changes to the zoning code
regarding rezoning petitions.

3. |
The Board of Zoning Appeals may call on City
departments for assistance in the performance of
its duties, and it shall be the duty of such
departments to render such assistance to the
Board of Zoning Appeals as may reasonably be
required. |
Meeting
for the Planning Commission are held on the 4th
Tuesday of each month if there is business to conduct.
