Mike Gallmeier - Mayor
Gallmeier has served as Mayor of the city of Delphos since 2008. He previously held a Councilman-at-Large position. As Mayor, Gallmeier holds Mayor’s Court, performs marriages, reviews and approves city spending and other administrative functions.
Gallmeier serves on the board of the Lima Allen Council on Community Affairs (LACCA). He is a member of the Kiwanis Club, and is the project chairman for Free Food On Us. He is retired from United Parcel Service (UPS). e-mail:

Robert Ulm - City Council President
Ulm joined the city of Delphos in 2002 and currently serves as City Council President. In his role, he presides over council meetings and works on behalf of the city and for the interests of his constituents.
Ulm has been the News Director and Account Executive for WDOH radio and Maverick Media radio stations since 1974. He attended The Ohio State University and serves as a board member for the Delphos Museum of Postal History. He volunteers for St. John Parish, Habitat for Humanity Community Unity Project and other local groups.
He is a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the Delphos Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 3035. Ulm is married to his wife Kathy and has two children: Eric and Gina. e-mail:

David Eickholt - City Councilman-at-Large
Eickholt joined the city of Delphos in 2004 and currently serves as Councilman-at-Large. He chairs the Economic Development Committee and serves on the Budget, Recreation and Utility committees.
Eickholt is a graduate of Delphos St. John High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and Master of Science degree from the University of Dayton. He is retired from the Van Wert City Schools and the University of Northwestern Ohio.
Eickholt is a member of the Optimist Club and is a Browns Backer. He and his wife Debbie have three children. e-mail:

James R. Hanser - City Councilman 1st Ward
Hanser has served the city of Delphos since 2000. He is currently city councilman for the first ward. Hanser hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University. He is a retired registered nurse and physical therapist. Hanser is a member of Kiwanis International, the St. Vincent de Paul Society, the Stadium Club and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity. Richard Feathers - City Councilman 2nd Ward
Feathers has served the city of Delphos since 2002. He is currently city councilman for the second ward. Feathers has been involved in construction for more than 50 years and is involved in various sports programs and fundraising for the Knights of Columbus. email:

Mark Clement - City Councilman 4th Ward
Clement initially joined the city of Delphos in 1994 and currently serves as city councilman for the fourth ward. He chairs the Parks and Recreation and Public Properties committees.

Jim Knebel - City Councilman 3rd Ward
Knebel has served the city of Delphos since 2002. He is currently city councilman for the third ward and chairs the Finance Committee. Knebel is a purchasing agent and member of the Tri-County Amateur Radio Club. email:

Kevin Osting - City Councilman-at-Large
Osting joined the city of Delphos in 2000 and currently serves as Councilman-at-Large. He chairs the Legislation Committee and serves on the Economic Development, Finance and Safety Service committees.
Throughout his tenure, he has served on all city committees and is currently a member of the Continuous Improvement Corporation. Osting is the Purchasing Manager for Bunge North America. email:

Joe Martz - City Councilman-at-Large
Martz joined the city of Delphos in 2008 and currently serves as Councilman-at-Large. He chairs the Thoroughfares Committee.

Robert Mosier - City Treasurer
Mosier was elected City Treasurer in 2010. He has devoted his professional life to education, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Master of Science degree in Guidance Counseling.
Mosier also serves on the Community Christmas Project.

Tom Jettinghoff - City Auditor
Jettinghoff is the chief financial officer for the City of Delphos, serving as City Auditor since 1987. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Detroit and a Master of Business Administration degree from Ashland University.
Jettinghoff is an engineer at the Husky Lima Refinery, and serves as a member of the Community Improvement Corporation and Keep Allen County Beautiful organizations. email:
