SHELTER HOUSE RESERVATION POLICY
All
reservations must be made at the Municipal Building –
Utilities Office.

Payment must be received to reserve a shelter
house. The City will not hold a requested date
without payment. |

No refund for bad weather. |

Date of reservation can be switched to another
open date. Request must be made 2 calendar days
before the original reservation. |

Charge for shelter house - $45.00 ** |

Charge for pavilion - $75.00 ** |

Reservations can be made one calendar year in
advance. |

• |
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the
reserved date in order to receive a full refund |
The City
of Delphos is not responsible for any injuries that take
place while on or around the rented property, facilities
and/or apparatus. The City of Delphos is not
responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles.
No
alcoholic beverages may be consumed on the park
premises, all violators will be punished by law.
The City
of Delphos expects the renters to keep the cleanliness
and condition of said premises as orderly as they were
found.
