Fees:
Non-Municipal Street Bonds:
$150.00 Per half of Street, or any portion less than
half, est. 20 sq. feet
$300.00 For the Whole Street, or any portion over half,
est. 40 sq. feet
Municipal Street Bonds:
$50.00 Per half of Street, or any portion less than Half
$100.00 for the Whole Street, or any portion over Half
REQUIREMENTS:
All alley’s other than stone are the same price as streets.
A stone alley must be restored to pre-construction
condition. City retains all fee’s to pay for the repair
of the street or alley. All excavation must meet city
construction standards. Any trench work over 40 square
feet will be time and material and all trenches should
be compacted in 6- inch lifts. All street repairs for
water service work performed by the City will be
included in Delphos Water Dept. tap fees. Bond will be
refunded if contractor (other than City) repairs the
street. Fee’s as outlined in Utilities Street Bonds
applicable unless a contract or purchase order agreement
is agreed to by Safety Service Director of City.
